Something in the Water 💧
Hello Beautiful Community,
I am still riding the high from Groovewell Vacation, one of the best festival weekends I've had in years. I got to facilitate three sound baths there (a duo set with my Audio Alchemy partner, a solo stretch and sound session, and a full community gathering), dance for hours under the wonderfully curated stages, and soak in every wellness offering the land had to offer.
The venue itself felt like magic: a fibonacci spiral and altar, a late night indoor stage that turned into a club, an outdoor vinyl stage that gathered us in the round, and my favorite spot, the willow-lined pond where the daytime stage held the whole weekend. The bullfrogs sang us to sleep every night, and it was the community that made it unforgettable. Old and new friends felt like family, and love was in abundance the entire time.
Definitely landed excited and inspired for some upcoming offerings ✨

Sound Bath at Castro Room Sunday July 19
That water energy followed me home, so I'm bringing it straight into my next Elemental Sound Bath.
Join me for the Water Element, the next edition of my elemental sound bath series, at The Castro Room on Sunday, July 19th from 1:30 to 3pm. We'll open with intention setting, gentle movement, and breathwork to highlight the theme of water and embrace the sacral chakra, our center of creativity, sensuality, and intuitive/emotional flow. In tandem with the sound bath, this session features a water-curated backing track produced by Darko (@darko.sf) of Audio Alchemy, with live crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs woven in. Expect oceanic frequencies, whale song, and the kind of release that only water can offer. Registration $45

Xinalani Retreat is on the horizon
If you're already dreaming of your next big reset, I would love for you to join me at Xinalani Eco Resort near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico this December 5-12 for a 7-night yoga and sound healing retreat. Think jungle rhythms, ocean views, twice-daily practice, and starlit stillness (plus whale watching and swimming with willd dolphins, since December is peak season for both). There's still an early bird discount available on rooms through August 1st, so if this has been calling to you, now is a lovely time to grab your spot! Rooms are booking and this is going to be such a magical time.

We're still deep in Cancer season, the moodiest and most intuitive stretch of the zodiac year, ruled by the moon and steeped entirely in water. It makes sense that summer has felt this way: sun-soaked on the surface, but underneath it's really been asking us to slow down, feel more, and trust our emotional tides instead of resisting them.
What is water teaching you to soften into this season?
With warmth and waves,
Caitlin
P.S. If you have questions about either the sound bath or the retreat, just hit reply, I would love to chat.
