Marco and I have a pair of seasonal sound baths this month, each with its own flavor. Heart of Autumn welcomes the turning leaves and a touch of magic, and our Halloween sound bath leans into the mystery with a little bit more nocturnal noise and spook. Both are deeply restful, so come to one or treat yourself to both.

Saturday, October 24 · 1–2:30pm · The Pad Studios (Marina/Cow Hollow)
A warm welcome to the season of turning leaves. Crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes weave with Marco’s synths and nature samples: earthy tones, crisp autumn textures, and the soft hush of shorter days. A chance to settle in, turn inward, and get grounded before the year winds down. Bring cozy layers and an eye mask, and plan to melt into the floor.
🌙 Spooky Sound Bath 🔮
Saturday, October 31 · 1:30–3pm · HAUM Haight
A Halloween afternoon to drift between worlds. On the day the veil feels thinnest, the soundscape follows suit, with deep gongs, haunting undertones, and something ancient stirring beneath it all. Just as cozy and restful as ever, with a little extra mystery. Costumes are welcome but not required!
🌴 Xinalani Retreat · December 5–12 🐬
Heart of the Jungle. Soul of the Sea. Dreams in the Stars. Join me for a week nested in the jungle, cliffside to the sea, in Mexico, just south of Puerta Vallarta. It’s secluded and private, only accessible by boat. We have our own private beach and daily yoga, sound bath, ocean front pool and cabanas. There is plenty of time to rest and adventure! There will be options to add on massages, temazcal ceremony, swimming with wild dolphins, whale and bird watching, and so much more. This is a retreat to remember, the kind that stays with you long after you’re home.

There’s something about this time of year that feels a bit more magical, and like coming home to myself. The golden light, the crisp mornings, the early dusk that invites us inward. Fall reminds me that letting go can be beautiful, and that slowing down is its own kind of magic. It feels fitting that I get to celebrate another trip around the sun right in the middle of it.
